Bryan Welden Painting understands that when it comes to the exterior of your home, it is very important to seal up all surfaces from moisture. A home has two defenses from moisture. The first is the membrane under the siding and windows, tar paper film and metal window flashings. The second is sealants, caulking, waterproofing, or acrylic paints, elastomeric coatings etc. It is essential in maintaining the second form of defense to avoid compromising the first defense. Dry rot is the result of years of moisture penetration. It is my job to detect moisure penetration and make long term recommendations to fix the problem. Poorly directed landscape sprinklers are often a big part of this problem.
With regard to interior painting, we insure that all the client's belongings are well protected while painting is being done. I can assist my client with the selection of colors that will compliment the style of a room. I work for several designers in the area and can recommend them too. After 31 years of painting, I have lots of ideas I can share. We do all kinds of drywall repair from small holes and cracks, to resurfacing large areas of drywall and retexturing. We also do water damage repair for trim work. we pride ourselves in insuring very high quality oil-based enamel work, to give our client the most beautiful, long lasting finish. Wallpaper removal is not a problem as is any drywall repairs that go with it.
